Hayden courageously talked about his anxiety, depression, and attempted suicide and the road back to achieving his dream of the playing in the NFL. Hayden’s vulnerability deeply connected with people, and this video has viewed by over 9 million people. Football players and military personnel have the most power to change mental health stigmas when they speak out about their mental health challenges.
